Delightful fresh orange juice at breakfast.

The orangerie where breakfast is held is absolutely stunning, especially with the fairy lights creating a magical backdrop for special occasions.
The lack of an edge on the bath tray led to a bit of water spilling onto the floor after showers, which could be improved.

The friendly and attentive staff made my stay pleasant.
I faced several issues during my stay that left me frustrated. The shower drain ran incredibly slowly, which made my shower experience unpleasant. the bed was overly soft, leading to discomfort throughout the night. Lastly, the lack of hot food options for breakfast was disappointing, especially for an establishment pitched at this level.

The Leopold in Brussels surprised me with a spacious room and an excellent bathroom layout. The location made it easy to explore the area, with the train station nearby. The breakfast spread offered a decent variety, though it didn’t blow me away. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules in the room, which is a nice touch. the room’s fridge was a pain since it created some noise, and the street sounds from buses and trucks were disruptive at night. I found it odd that the kettle and coffee machine weren’t positioned near outlets, forcing me to move furniture around. The bathroom had a couple of soaps but could have used more practical amenities like cotton buds instead. The lack of sound insulation and minor inconveniences like these kept me from fully enjoying my stay, but I did have a cozy experience overall.

Breakfast options include fresh orange juice, which adds a nice touch to the morning routine. The hotel's proximity to the EU Parliament offers easy access to local attractions within a short walking distance, making exploration convenient.
I found the room size a bit cramped for comfort, and the bathroom had persistent flooding issues during showers. The furniture seemed worn out, giving the room a less-than-fresh feel that could use improvement. While public transportation access is good, street noise from nearby traffic might disrupt sleep for light sleepers.

I had a lovely two-night stay and really enjoyed the spacious room with a great view of the EU skyline and the surprise fresh orange juice machine at breakfast. There were nice spots to relax, like the cozy bar area and the inviting lobby perfect for winding down. The only downside was that the bed was a bit softer than I prefer, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
